We are a dedicated team, effectively stopping the trafficking and exploitation of children across East Africa.
We do this through partnership and building on local knowledge; working with communities, service organizations and law enforcement; enhancing safe houses that protect rescued children; and working with law enforcement to enable the rescue of children and arrest and prosecute perpetrators.
Child Trafficking
A GLOBAL MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY
Child trafficking is the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of a child for the purpose of exploitation. Children are abused through sexual exploitation, forced labour, domestic servitude, criminal activity, or forced marriage. It thrives where vulnerability, poverty, and weak protective systems intersect.
We have rescued

Our Approach
Grounded in the UN Palermo Protocol on Trafficking in Persons. We translate three of its four pillars – Prevention, Protection and Partnership – into practical action.
PREVENTION
We work with community partners in hotspot areas to identify and protect children at risk of trafficking and sexual exploitation before harm occurs.
PROTECTION
We work with law enforcement and vetted shelters to ensure rescued children receive emergency aftercare; food, clothing, medical and counselling.
PARTNERSHIPS
We partner with law enforcement, vetted shelters, grassroots groups and cross-border partners to strengthen the wider child protection system.
